The costs for the return from Germany as well as countries within and outside the EU are at the expense of the customer. The goods must be returned insured.

Before you send a return, please contact our customer service at retoure@ella-witt.com. Please state the order number as well as the article name, colour and size as reference.

A credit note will be issued as soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse in perfect condition.
